Repair Highways is an independent, education-first publication that explains how collision repair and the auto insurance claims process actually work. We do not sell, quote, broker, or recommend insurance policies.
Our story
Built for the person holding the estimate.
We started Repair Highways because vehicle owners are often handed an estimate, a parts list, and a calibration invoice with no explanation of what any of it means. The terms feel like a second language, the line items run past a single page, and the follow-up calls add more questions than answers.
Our editorial team — based in Cheyenne, Wyoming — works from publicly available OEM repair procedures, position statements, and standard estimating guides to demystify the documents and the language used by adjusters and body shops.
