SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

Repair Highways, a DBA of Coverage Key Auto LLC operates an educational SMS program. When you opt in, you will receive only the categories of messages you have selected: (a) SMS account notifications (opt-in confirmation, content delivery confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and operational updates), and/or (b) SMS marketing of our educational content (repair estimate explanations, body shop terminology, calibration reminders, and related informational updates). Repair Highways is not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and SMS messages are never used to solicit, quote, or sell insurance.

How to Opt In

You opt in by submitting the subscription form on our Site, providing your phone number, and affirmatively checking the corresponding SMS consent checkbox(es). Checkboxes are unchecked by default and are never bundled together.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are limited to up to 8 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan and carrier.

Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Data Sharing

Your phone number and SMS consent are used exclusively to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive from Repair Highways. We do not sell, rent, share, lease, or transfer your phone number or SMS consent to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead generator, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer for any purpose. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and the authorized user of the phone number provided.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above.
